	Peter Hanneforth PETER HANNEFORTH, President and CEO, founded SpaCom LLC in 2003 and SpaCom International LLC in 2004. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and executive management of the company. From 1999 through 2003 he held positions as Executive Vice President Global Business Development and Vice President Marketing for the $400 Mio surface technology division of the Sulzer Corporation. Prior he worked for 10 years for Corning Incorporated, a $4 Billion diversified high technology company, where he held various Management positions in Marketing & Sales, Business & Corporate Development and Business Management in both Europe and the United States. During his tenure with multi-national corporations Mr. Hanneforth gained experience in a number of industries, such as automotive, aerospace, environmental technologies, consumer electronics, information technology, life sciences, power generation, surface engineering, thermal spray, telecommunications, industrial capital equipment and consumer goods. During his career he has worked and lived in multiple countries, traveled extensively and has been doing business in China since the early ‘90s. Mr. Hanneforth is also President and Executive Board Member of the Thermal Spray Society (TSS), an affiliate society of ASM International, and the General Chairman of the annual International Thermal Spray Conference (ITSC). He holds a graduate degree in Economics and Business Administration from the European Business School in Wiesbaden, Germany and attended the MBA program of the Garvin School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Phoenix, AZ.
